Penny's first love is spatial planning which inspired her to become one of the few female General Contractor's in the state of California.

She combines her masterful skills as a licensed General Contractor with her creative problem-solving talents as a Certified Interior Designer and member of the American Society of Interior Designers, Penny offers the winning ability to bridge the gap between design, building, and furnishing.
