I worked with Valerie on an extensive remodel on a house I bought in the spring of 2015.
I had a lot of things I wanted to do.
There were structural changes, a full kitchen rebuild, two bathroom remodels, new floors, a ton of work that needed to be done outside, and I had a budget with resale in mind.
I also was going to be out of state for the summer and wanted the house to be done when I got back in September.
