Established in 1986, Hummel Associates is a full-service, healthcare interior architectural design firm.
Our primary business is providing space analysis, space planning, interior design and construction documents for hospitals renovations, clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, medical office buildings and physician offices in the South East.
Our offices are located in downtown Richmond in the RVA Arts District.
We are a group of experienced healthcare architects and interior designers with a goal to improve peoples experience within healthcare environments.

The use of color and wood through out this facility gives it a less sterile feeling environment to help put the patients at ease.
Inset linear light fixtures add the design detail to the elevator lobby for VCU's Stony Point V Medical Office Building.
Our use of dark and light finishes add a sophistication to this building lobby.
We are proud of this beautiful renovation for the entrance to St. Mary's Hospital Chapel.
