In 2004, a senior team of award-winning designers was established in Naples, FL and continue to provide upscale design and service throughout every facet of residential interior design, from finishing details to fabrics and furnishings, art and accessories.

As the Senior Design Director for Romanza Interior Design, Jennifer Stevens is responsible for developing and managing technical aspects of each luxury and custom home design project.
Stevens works closely with the project manager, design coordinators and project team on conceptual designs, presentations, development and production for London Bay Homes' luxury models and private residences.
Michael Scott is Romanza Interior Design's most tenured designer with more than 16 years' experience working with the design firm.

This is an hourly design services agreement for time spent assisting you in selecting all of the finishes for the home.
This is billed on a cost plus basis with all time spent by our team included in the markup.
You'll benefit from the cost-savings of our wholesale buying abilities.
After an initial consultation, we will prepare a budget for your consideration that will serve you through the mutual agreement and provide a road map.
