With 30 years of experience in the environmental design industry, Troy Bankord is well recognized for his excellence in landscape and interior design, consultation, and project installations. His expertise has resulted in the development of some of the most unique and imaginative properties in the Phoenix & Los Angeles areas, Palm Springs, San Francisco, Long Beach, Las Vegas, the Midwest and the across The Desert Southwest.

Being in the second generation of family contractors and interior designers, it is a natural and intuitive skill for Troy to assist clients in turning their dreams into reality. This process results in the achievement of dramatic, organically-continuous harmony between indoor and outdoor living spaces. TROY BANKORD DESIGN projects are very tactile - intriguing all 5 of the senses.

Whether they are rusty steel & recycled concrete (urbanite) or slick chrome & glass (Modernism), the materials utilized in each project installation always present a clear and calm sense of peaceful sophistication.
Services
The first step is to schedule a Design Consultation.
This generally costs in the area of $350.00 but can vary depending on the size of the project and location of the property.
Once a meeting date and time are set, a consultation agreement will be sent that explains the process and states the fee that is payable by check or credit card.
Advance preparation is encouraged prior to the on-site Design Consultation to help you organize your input and fully utilize the Consultation time.
This includes gathering together photos, tear sheets, and listing your ideas to establish the basis of creating the spaces that you have always envisioned.
The concepts, furniture layout and sample boards you prepared for us look SO AWESOME, as I knew it would, coming from Troy Bankord Design.
We definitely like the conversation lounge where our small dining room used to be.
And, given the cabinetry/bar/bookcase beneath the staircase, it feels like a great place to hangout.
I love the placement of the art work, moldings and different textures and colors in what feels like a super sophisticated dining area; Jessica has always wanted that.
We're loving the curved bar at the kitchen island and how it reaches into the dining area and breaks up the direct path to the back door.
