Overall, very happy with the experience and results delivered by Sound Painting Solutions. Would highly recommend them for any exterior painting projects. Every step of the process seemed to go smoothly and the project was completed in both the time and cost specified. Our estimator, Connor, was fantastic. He gave us a lot of great tips in what to look for in a quote, as well as even gave us some highly rated competitors from which to get additional quotes.

After getting multiple quotes, we decided to go with Sound Painting. The crew who performed the job was amazing as well. They were friendly and took care of all the little details such as opening up the plastic covers over the windows as soon as siding painting was done, so we could open windows to cool off the house. This just helped demonstrate how how professional they are. The house is looking brand new after the job and we couldn't be happier.

We had a very good experience with Sound Painting. They were not the cheapest estimate, (other places we had concerns about, estimators that rescheduled a few times, or were late, slow to deliver estimate, etc) but Sound Painting arrived on time to every date, did what they said they would do, and finished on time. They fixed any issues noticed, even to tiny single dots of over spray, or even repainting one small area we had miscommunication on color on.

All the workers were kind, polite and professional. They really wanted everything to be perfect. The quality looks very good. No messes left, extra care was taken to make sure no paint landed on landscaping, concrete, or decking. Would recommend.

I enjoyed working with Jeff, the owner, and his team. Jeff is very responsive to my text messages. His crew did a fantastic job painting the basement of my rental house and filling in the nail holes. His crew members are professional, diligent, and courteous. They cleaned up after the job was done. I would definitely use them again for future projects.

We contacted Sound Painting Solutions along with a few other companies to repaint most of our open plan first floor, a ceiling in another room, and assist with completing some drywall repair that had been left unfinished by another contractor after a water leak. From start to finish everyone we interacted with was kind, responsive, and easy to work with. Jeff spoke with me on the phone and was able to provide an estimate the same day I contacted them.

They fit our (relatively small) job in within 2 weeks and Matt and his crew who did the work were A : Prompt, careful and respectful of our space, excellent work quality, and they left our home absolutely spotless when they were done. Excellent experience! Quality work, reasonable price, exceptional customer service. I worked with Sound Painting to paint cabinets and kitchen trim before selling a condo. The owner, Jeff, provided a competitive quote and was able to schedule the work quickly. The crew leader, Elizar, was extremely easy to work with -- understood what we wanted, regularly communicated updates, quickly fixed a minor mistake, got the job done well, etc. When we asked to add a set of additional work, Elizar and Jeff worked with us to get the second set of work done right away. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Update: We've hired Sound Painting for two additional jobs since this previous review - both were so easy! They really center their work on customer service and it shines throughout. They did a quick job for us which included two accent walls and a half wall in a larger room (which we didn't want to attempt ourselves given the skill required for it to look good). Sound Painting painted our hallway and stairwell that previously had wallpaper. They did a quality job of making sure we couldn't tell wallpaper had ever been there. It took longer than expected but that was well communicated and still within the budget given at the start of the project. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

We hired Sound to paint the interior of our newly purchased home. Connor came out to do the estimate, and was great walking through the details, even making suggestions on things we should/shouldn't do before moving in. We were able to modify our original quote to suit our budget. Once on-site, Kevin the team lead was professional, and the team in general was prompt and super fast.

We had a wall that was damaged from wallpaper, and the team quickly added a skim coat and got it into great shape for painting. We weren't in the house as we didn't move in yet, and the team did their best to stay in touch and keep us informed.

We hired Sound Painting to stain and paint the exterior of a large multi-unit commercial building and were impressed with the team's work and everyone on it. They did great work. To a person, they've been professional, dedicated to making this go well, and simply pleasant to be around. One resident commented, unsolicited, that the staff was "Some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet." Another resident commented that "They did a fantastic job on my deck." The team leader, Victor, is an absolute pleasure to work with.

He was faced with some unusual challenges that no one can plan for, and not only did he get creative and find a solution, he never lost faith that it was doable (even when I was skeptical!). He communicated the whole time and I always knew that someone was paying attention to the details. I would love to have him as a supervisor. We had a great experience with Sound Painting Solutions updating the exterior of our home. Every part of the process was smooth and easy - from scheduling the estimate on through the completion of the project. I appreciated the online portal for viewing the estimate, making payments and submitting the paint selections. In terms of the actual work, I think that David (the project lead) and his team went above and beyond in the prep work (scrapping, filling, sanding, caulking, etc), so our new paint looks great. I'm so happy with how it turned out and will use Sound Painting again for our next paint project.

I am most impressed with the high quality job Sound Painting Solutions did on my house. My project was smallish but detailed - with many windows and celling beams to cut in around. All their staff are excellent effective communicators, professional and caring. They really wanted to know if I was dissatisfied in any way. I did have them come back to do a very minor touchup that bothered my perfectionist mind. They were on time too! What a treat to work with a company that ticks all my boxes! Jeff and the entire team were extremely responsive and professional. They got us scheduled quickly, tolerated last minute changes, finished AHEAD OF SCHEDULE when we had an extremely tight window to complete the job. They also charged less than a competing bid from another highly rated company that had a longer wait to get the job completed. Victor and his crew were awesome.

On our final walk through, he noticed a section of the stairwell that had been missed that I didn't even catch and offered to complete it that afternoon. Very happy with the work they did and with the professionalism everyone demonstrated. Would absolutely recommend.

I reached out to Sound Painting Solutions to get an estimate on interior painting (which I have hired them for, but that service won't happen until January so this review is not for that!) and noticed that they also do deck repair. My deck was falling apart, so I asked them to also estimate that work. My house is in Seattle, but I currently am on the East Coast, which can make working with contractors difficult, but SPS was very responsive and very easy to work with! Connor came out when he said he would and called me while he was on location to talk with me about what he was seeing and answered my many, many questions.

I'm really grateful that he was able to chat with me about my different options. There was a slight hiccup in ordering materials, but Kirsta at the office was really communicative about what was going on, and despite this hiccup, they were actually able to start the work earlier than they had anticipated. I am heading to Seattle this weekend, and I'm really excited to see my deck in person, but I've seen photographs and it looks great!

There were some covid-related delays, but the team was very communicative about it, and I'm very happy that they took the health and well-being of their crew seriously! Update: I have used this company five times for various projects. They always consistently do a quality job. I would definitely recommend this company. This is a great painting company. They are professional and do high quality work. That is something, which is very difficult to find in Seattle these days. Earlier this year, Jeff's team painted the entire interior of my house. Gary was the project manager and he made sure everything was done perfectly.

I liked the work so much that I hired them again to stain the exterior of the same house. Both of these jobs were very involved and each took a week to finish. The 1908 house now looks brand new and I am very happy with the finished product. This is a quality company that does quality work.

We are very happy with the job done on the exterior of our house. Painters showed up on time and worked consistently throughout the day. There was good communication and good attention to details. Our neighbors report that the painters were very respectful and considerate in covering their house (which is close to ours). They were clean, organized and finished the job on time. Communication from the office was timely and scheduling was easy and clear. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

There are a few times in life where you just gotta allow yourself to take a break. Painting is not an easy task and it can usually take all day. I finally allowed myself to take a break and I don't regret it. The crew worked fast and did a spectacular job. I expected some delays but everything was right on schedule. I want to update my review from 2013 when SPS did an amazing job painting my salon! It's held up through vigorous daily cleaning better than I could have imagined! This past week I had SPS paint my garage and I am again beyond happy with the results. The colors are exactly what I wanted, the prep work was on point, and the workers were polite and talented. I also appreciated the payment options and invoicing! I look forward to working with this company again!

This company was great to work with! We reached out to several painting companies to ask about the status of our external paint since we anticipated needing a re-seal, as well as some of our eaves/fascia which we thought needed replacing (all of this based on recommendations from our inspector). Connor from Sound Painting was available to come out and look at our house pretty quickly, and he was super informative!

He helped us learn that we didn't need to do any immediate repainting (something another company had tried to sign us up for in excess of $10k) and that only one of our fascia needed replacing. The carpenter and painter both came out and were done within only a few hours each and did a great job, it looks brand new. And the paint job on the underside of our eaves is so well done, you can't even tell where it was painted, despite us not having any of the original house paint left for them to work with. Thank you so much, SPS! We will definitely be reaching out to you in a few years when it's time for a repaint.

This company is great. From the front desk to the estimator to the painting crew I felt well taken care of all along the way. We booked pre-Covid and I was worried this might set things back a bit, but not at all. Painting happened right on schedule. The crew leader was excellent at his job and in the end the house looks great. Our job was a big job on a narrow lot with a lot of plants up close to the house.

They did a great job getting things prepped, and then getting things painted. In the end we are 100% satisfied and I highly recommend them. I wish all home care in Seattle was this high quality.

Sound Painting did our entire home exterior, including the fence and stand alone garage. Fantastic experience from sales to completion. The crew that worked on our home were experienced, polite and easy to work with. My husband was traveling the week of our project so I was juggling everything on my own. There was constant communication with everyone from the schedulers to the project managers and painting crew.

They are responsive and always put the customer first. I have already recommended Sound to my neighbors who were watching our project as it progressed. It's pretty cool when your neighbors note how great the folks doing your project are. Needless to say, our home is just gorgeous. We are thrilled with the results!
