At Changes Interior Design, the start of a new project is always fun. We explore different styles, consider what's "trending" and pour through brochures, magazines and websites to pull together a design concept which will inform every decision and selection to come. If desired, we can also render the project and/or use different visualization tools to start to see how different options will work together.
Once we have a design concept for your project and have made initial selections, we pull together all of the options and costs. We also gather bids from contractors and put together a schedule to manage every aspect of the project. We will re-work this plan as needed until you approve every selection, cost and contractor. Construction, installation of flooring, cabinets & counters, painting, delivery of furnishings, and hanging of art are all examples of tasks that fall in the performance phase.
Understand that no matter what is required, we are involved in every aspect of the project.
