Est Est, Inc. established in 1959, is the oldest of the interior design companies in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The original owners, William Benner and Pat Maas, pioneered the path for interior design in Arizona.
Est Est's original design studio was located on Main Street in "Old Town" Scottsdale.
In tandem with establishing Arizona's place in design, the original owners worked on many notable projects, including the original layout and design of the Phoenix Zoo with the Maytag family.
Mr. Benner and Mr. Maas were very active in many local and national events of the times and even designed a Southwest Room for the 1965 New York World's Fair.
One of the greatest attributes Est Est brings to the table is their timeliness in providing decisions, design work, and materials to the job site.
I have thoroughly enjoyed their professionalism, enthusiasm, insightful design work and willingness to work together as a team.
Facing an empty golf-course lot, Est Est's breath of experience of creativity brought our blueprints to life.
After 15 years of active use, Est Est was again inspirational in the remodel which is a testament to our continued love of the design and durability.
The skilled and experienced design team prides itself on the ability to listen to and comprehend each client's needs, and make those needs a reality in the most creative and effective way.
The scope of each residential interior design project is tailored specifically to the individual.
Projects may range from selecting paint colors, to a detailed and comprehensive specification book generated prior to construction.
Other projects may consist of architectural detailing, remodeling work, furnishing an entire home, selecting plumbing fixtures, or designing a custom furniture piece.
Est Est, Inc. has had the privilege of being a part of numerous commercial projects over the years.
The design team has the unique ability to recognize the balance between function and aesthetics, which is essential in addressing any commercial space.
Budgets and time restraints are two important factors with any commercial project that the designers at Est Est are very familiar with, and are confident working within.
Some local commercial and office interior design projects that Est Est has had the pleasure being a part of are the UTAZ Office Complex in Mesa, The Piper Trust Foundation in Phoenix, Country Club of the Desert in Palm Springs, California, Weststone Corporate Office, Toll Brothers Sales Center in Scottsdale and the Rustic Timbers Offices in Prescott, Arizona.
